EAT REAL 4 Life: Cafe

A new EAT REAL 4 Life cafe to serve the needs of the local community during term time was created, but is currently not in use, due to the effect of the pandemic on viability

We hope to reopen if/when viable, operating for much of the time as a takeaway service at pick up and drop off times, a pop-up cafe with seating will open at different points during the year. This will enable individuals and groups to come together in a safe environment.

We envisage offering a unique space for a range of people to use, from groups of parents/carers to lonely members of the local community who would like to socialise in a safe environment.

The café developments were funded through the delegated school budget and donations from other companies, including Hyde Restaurants (Scott Ward) and Lavazza (courtesy of Scott Ward).

The café provided a high quality product at a competitive price. Any future profits from the café will support our EAT REAL 4 Life programme and will therefore contribute to happier, healthier children.
